printmaking
Printmaking courses are taught by Melissa Schulenberg, Associate Professor and Chair of the Department
printmaking
Courses in printmaking cover relief, monotype, collagraph, intaglio, and lithography. Students are exposed to both traditional and non-traditional means of printmaking, mindful of the roles that contemporary practices and ideas play in image making today. Moreover, students explore meanings of multiplicity and production, while still becoming adept and proficient at pulling a quality image from a matrix.
