How to Navigate This Site

Here are some tips for navigating this website!

To get back to the “Home” page (which will show the most recent announcements or informational postings, in reverse chronological order), click on the title, “Peace and Nonviolence,” above (or on the “Home” link under it).

The “Categories” (left-hand side) section groups postings by topic.  Clicking on a category gives you an abbreviated view of each posting in that category.  To see a full posting, click on the title of that posting.

Other sections in the left-hand column feature other ways of viewing the postings in this site.

The links in the purple bar above show the information pages of this site.

The right-hand column should be self-explanatory.  Some of the links move out of this site.  The “Calendar” section includes links within this site that are time-sensitive postings, such as announcements of events and deadlines.

If you are looking for something specific but cannot find it by clicking on links, there’s always the search function towards the top-right (in the purple bar).

Please note that you can also subscribe to this site!  If you use Bloglines or Google Reader or any other web subscription service to stay on top of changes to websites you like to keep track of, you can subscribe to this site!

The site runs like a “blog,” which simply means that the main viewing area by default consists of postings that are listed in reverse chronological order.  The main way that this site is updated is to use this “blogging” space for posting announcements or new articles.  All postings are archived and categorized, so that even when they fall off the main home page over time, they still exist on the site and can be found by category, time, or by searching, as described above.  Please feel free to e-mail me if you have questions about the site.
