Instead of looking through more photos of how Borough Market is designed I decided to research some videos. This video shows how packed this area is with stalls stacked side-by-side with no room in-between. Moreover, the video shows a glimpse of the different types of food that is served at the stalls. The food is extremely multi-cultural and only a few stalls are comprised of “authentic” English food. This video allowed me to remember all the unique stands and vendors that are included within the small space. Also, the man provided easy instructions on how to get to the market showing its convenience to the general public.
From the video, one can see how inside the market area is comprised of pavement and there are small pathways that are formed because of the strategically placed stalls. Also, it is an open market and not stuffed away in a warehouse where most people assume food markets are located.
