To another beautiful year at St. Lawrence University! Welcome back to those who were abroad (like me!), and welcome to our faculty coordinator, Paul Graham, who will be filling in when Sarah Barber takes her sabbatical. The Laurentian Magazine is having its first meeting of the semester today, still holding strong with two publications a year as we plan our Fall 2013 issue.
Our submission deadline this semester is Friday, September 20th. We’re accepting works of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, screenplays, art, and photography. Include your name, class year, category for submission, and a title of the piece as an attachment sent to thelaurentianmag@stlawu.edu or, add your files to the Dropbox here on the website. We’re looking forward to reviewing all the creative work that this student body has to offer!
If you’re interested in more information, The Laurentian will be present at the student activities fair this Friday in front of the student center from 3-6 PM. Come hang out with us!
